Seal Coating Machines
There are a variety of reasons that the paper and scorecard may need rolling. If items are precious memories, educational, ornamental or work, that regularly need to be protected against heat, humidity or constant handling.
A good way is to laminate the document or item on the card. The laminators card processing and the role of both sides with a thin film of water resistant plastic making the subject as well as durable and not at the mercy of fingermarks, folds or mud. The lamination process is permanent.
The lamination process can be done in two ways, with or without heat.
Lamination heating uses a machine that heats a roller compartment. The rolling stock is fed through heated rollers (usually within a company) with the document inside. The bag is activated by heat to adhere to the document and make a waterproof seal around it.
After a very short period of cooling the document can be used.
Cold rolling bags used it as hot rolling. But they have an adhesive that is activated by force in the document so that the seal on all sides.
The cold mills generally do not use electricity and are safer to use, since it is not hot.
Both types of bags gloss and matte lamination is available, and a number of sizes.
Cold mills are a better option if documents are still very fragile and could be rolled sensitive or heat-damaged.
Heated mills are extremely fast and efficient for a wide variety of applications, but can not be used for a long time as being very hot and can overheat.
There are advantages and disadvantages of each type lamination. Selection of the best is simply the best choice for your needs and situation.
