Roof liquid chemical is a liquid rubber elastomeric copolymer, based on a terpolymer low molecular weight ethylene and propylene with a pendant group Dicyclopentadiene. The mechanism of cure of EPDM liquid is determined by temperature and varies from active to inactive. Faster cure and heal slowly over long periods of time as a result identical physical properties. Full day-night temperature changes in spring and autumn does not endanger the physical final properties of the liquid rubber membrane.

It is also very reflective which gives it an advantage over many other non-reflecting layer ceiling because when applied on the roof that provides a cooling effect, reducing cooling costs significantly. It is a very durable product if properly applied, can greatly increase the life of existing roofing materials (including roof coverings) and reduce the amount of waste roofs torn from entering landfills. Its weaknesses are oils, fats and waxes will swell the polymer.
