I can drill holes and cut tempered glass forms?
and if not, can i ordinary glass cuts and were tempered later?
You can cut tempered glass with a glass of tungsten carbide cutting diamond blade saw or similar tool (20,000 rpm). Everything is not enough Acute tempered glass will break. It takes practice but you should be able to do on the first try with the right tools. Make sure you have firm control to the lens may slip during cutting and rupture.
