Does anyone know anything about the history of Italy Voga Wine?

The wizard of my grocery store, said the department of liquor bottles from the cellar Voga Italia (sweet BTW) started as a perfume company. I just wanted to know if that was true. I have also seen water bottles from the same glass and how to do I did not know if the water bottles were connected to Voga Wine. I looked online but could not find anything concrete. Any information would help.
