As a professional painting and coatings for the past twenty-four, I've been approached many times over the layer of soil suitable for warehouse floors. Without a clear idea of the precise requirements of an application is very easy to select the right coating for the job at hand.

Surface preparation is always crucial for the efficiency of coating and should be part of any application service professionals.
While it is certainly possible to apply any coating using internal staff, this is not recommended unless you have extensive experience using the resin system selected. In the end, the premium per employee in Professional applications will pay for itself in terms of coating performance and longevity.
Finally, talk to other businesses in your area to find out who has provided the best coverage and service in applications similar to yours. There is no better way to determine the level of quality and workmanship you would expect from a supplier of coatings. There are more than a few companies that will pay for the mistakes of their rookies, so make sure you're dealing with an experienced company with a longstanding reputation of success.
