Anti Fog Glass Coating
Has anyone ever had problems with anti-/ scratch resistant coating zero in their glasses?
I read about two situations where the spectacle blur over anti-scratch layer, but it was unclear if that was the fault of the layer or the lack of makeup residue. So I wonder what people have had problems with anti-scratch coating. Like, if cloudy glasses, but you know it was not the makeup, please write about it:). I wonder if the coating has a tint color to it, or if you can see eroding. The place of glasses my insurance is accepted, Lenscrafters, has only a 30-day warranty, so I'd prefer not having to rely on a guarantee in case something goes wrong. Thanks!
Scratching the lens when the coating is chosen is usually the biggest complaint. The coating clear until it starts coming out then looks opaque or as some people describe as partly cloudy stains.
